In the framework of the Labour Festival, the newspaper El 9 Nou has dedicated a report to the work placements of TAC OSONA, highlighting that SOME is one of the companies that has this inclusive initiative.
The work placement of the Special Work Centre TAC Osona of the Fundació Sant Tomàs at SOME is a living example of inclusive collaboration. Through this agreement, the disabled workers of TAC Osona carry out tasks directly related to the main activity of SOME, fully integrating into their work environment.
This model not only benefits disabled workers, but also enriches SOME's corporate culture with diversity and inclusion.
