Die manufacturing
At SOME we have an excellent die manufacturing service provided by MATRIX, S.A., a SOME Group company and industry leader thanks to the accuracy and quality of its stamping dies division.
From the initial process and product designs in 3D CAD, SolidWorks and/or a prototype, the precise progressive dies are designed and manufactured in order to obtain the required result with minimum tolerances. We then make the necessary adjustments and modifications and review our failure mode and effect analyses, the result of years of experience, to guarantee the optimal operation and performance of the die.
We have an internal die and tool maintenance service to achieve optimal performance and operation throughout the useful life of the die.
