At SOME, we remain committed to innovation and the continuous improvement of our production processes. With 15 presses and the management of more than 250 dies, efficiency in tool changes is key to maintaining our competitiveness.
That’s why we have implemented the new DIMECO Stackmatic die conveyor, a complete solution for dies up to 15 tonnes. This system allows us to change a die in less than 5 minutes, in complete safety, and with the intervention of only one operator.
Thanks to this technology, we reduce downtime, boost productivity, and enhance our responsiveness to our clients’ needs. Moreover, the Stackmatic system ensures the highest safety standards, minimising risks when handling dies that can weigh 8 tonnes.
