New AMADA EGB1303 press brake with ATC: greater flexibility and agility for SOME’s Industrial Division

SOME’s Industrial Division continues to invest in innovation and continuous improvement with the addition of a new Japanese-made AMADA EGB1303 ATC press brake. This machine joins our CNC press brake fleet, enhancing our capabilities in sheet metal part production with maximum efficiency and precision.
It is a fully electric machine, designed to deliver outstanding accuracy and repeatability, with minimal maintenance. This advanced technology strengthens our commitment to efficient and reliable production.
A key feature is the Automatic Tool Changer (ATC), which enables tool layouts to be prepared in under two minutes, even for complex parts. This speed gives us greater flexibility and competitiveness to adapt to short series, rapid changeovers and new projects.
The new press brake also includes a real-time angle detection system that automatically adjusts the bending angle, operating 85% faster than the previous version. An improvement that enhances final part quality and optimises the entire process.
With this investment, SOME reinforces its commitment to technological advancement and its ability to provide agile and accurate solutions to our industrial clients’ needs.
